Element Plus時尚家具公司上海展廳兼辦公室原來是一個零售店的二層，為了保證展示廳的層高要求，入口被賦予特別的考慮。辦公設(shè)計團隊模糊了前臺的概念，將原本屬于前臺的區(qū)域向展廳空間開放和劃分，打破了邊界，一改傳統(tǒng)前臺的設(shè)計，為了優(yōu)化人流動線，抵消辦公空間和展示空間的直接相連，設(shè)計師設(shè)計了一些緩沖區(qū)域穿插在整個空間中，Co-working和藝術(shù)品區(qū)這些空間不但緩沖了空間的關(guān)系，也增加了空間的層次感。

The office design team has blurred the concept of the front desk, opening and dividing the area originally belonging to the front desk to the exhibition hall space, breaking the boundary and changing the traditional design of the front desk. In order to optimize the flow of people and offset the direct connection between the office space and the exhibition space, the designers designed some buffer areas to intersperse in the whole space, such as co working and art area The relationship of space also increases the sense of hierarchy of space.

走入大廳，一側(cè)是展廳，另一側(cè)則布滿綠植，使得展示空間富有勃勃生機。前臺聯(lián)合辦公起到展示和辦公共存的緩沖作用，后場則為正式辦公區(qū)域。

為了更加的和諧統(tǒng)一，辦公室裝修設(shè)計公司弱化了展廳的一部分展示功能，以適應(yīng)辦公空間的需求和標準，通過了大量的吸音材料和復(fù)雜的聲學處理來降低展廳區(qū)域的噪聲和本身高樓層帶來的回響，又充分利用展廳的優(yōu)勢，如水景、垂直植物及藝術(shù)品來豐富辦公環(huán)境，雖然展廳+辦公的空間形式增加了如何實現(xiàn)WELL的復(fù)雜性，卻在最終呈現(xiàn)的空間使用感受上又達到了一個不一樣的體驗。
