小學(xué)和幼兒園分別占據(jù)了建筑的首層和頂層，四面均以窗戶圍繞，并通過位于中間的公共樓層形成連接。小學(xué)和幼兒園的入口被設(shè)置在相反的兩個立面，且二者各自擁有專屬的戶外空間。立面承載了樓板的重量，圓柱形的核心筒將樓梯和電梯間圍繞起來。兩個入口立面為建筑提供了同一個方向的支撐，核心筒的弧形墻壁則承載了另一個方向的力。

Primary school and kindergarten occupy the first floor and top floor of the building, surrounded by windows on all sides and connected through the public floor in the middle. The entrances of primary school and kindergarten are set on the opposite facades, and each has its own outdoor space. The facade carries the weight of the floor, and the cylindrical core tube surrounds the staircase and elevator. The two entrance facades provide support in the same direction for the building, while the arc wall of the core tube carries the force in the other direction.
